At Fugoe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and offer refunds in accordance with the following policies:

For Jewelry

90-Day Warranty

  • All jewelry comes with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects and hidden faults.

  • 98.5% of our items meet our quality checks and customer expectations.

Return Guidelines

  1. Within 7 Days of delivery, items can be returned fully or partially for any reason.

  2. Within 7 Days, defective items can be refunded upon submission of a photo proof via WhatsApp or email.

  3. Within 90 Days, hidden defects such as fading, loose stones, or breakages can be returned.

    • No need to return the product; photo proof is sufficient for warranty claims.

Clients are required to inspect products upon delivery. After 7 days, only hidden defects will be considered valid for return.

Refund Details – Jewelry

Prepaid Orders:

  • Before shipping: 2.5% deduction.

  • After shipping: AED 50 courier charge.

  • Refund timeline: 7–10 business days to original payment method.

COD Orders:

  • Before shipping: No charge.

  • After shipping: AED 50 courier charge.

  • Refund processed within 24 hours after return to warehouse.

For Perfumes

Return Eligibility

  • Perfumes can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns accepted only if:

    • The wrong product was delivered

    • Product has a manufacturing defect

    • Returned in original sealed packaging, unused, and with any sampling pieces

Note: International orders are not eligible for refunds, only replacements.

  • Returns or cancellations must not be requested via email.

  • Please contact us via WhatsApp or call for return or refund assistance.

  • Items not meeting return conditions may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
